A leading tourism and prop-tech firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced HR Director. The candidate should have 4–6 years of HR leadership experience, expertise in designing compensation structures, developing HR strategic plans, and knowledge of ESOP. Proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory. This role will manage employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding processes, while ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law.

A leading company in tourism and prop-tech (real estate technology) based in Saudi Arabia, backed by multiple investment funds, is looking for an experienced HR Director with 4–6 years of proven experience in human resources leadership, who can:

  • Build Compensation Structures: Design and implement salary and benefits frameworks.
  • Develop HR Strategic Plans: Build and execute comprehensive HR plans aligned with company goals.
  • ESOP Knowledge: Understand Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) and manage coordination with the legal firm to ensure proper implementation.
  • Handle Employee Relations: Effectively manage and foster positive employee relationships.
  • Set Up KPIs: Establish and track key performance indicators to evaluate staff performance.
  • Manage Onboarding and Offboarding: Oversee the full employee lifecycle from new hire onboarding to exit processes.
  • Understand Saudi Labor Law: Be well-versed in Saudi employment regulations.
  • Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in both Arabic and English.

Location: Currently residing in Riyadh.
