A global software company is seeking an HR Director to lead and execute people strategies across operations in Saudi Arabia. This role involves acting as the main HR contact, ensuring compliance with local labour laws, and managing complex employee relations cases. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of HR experience, a strong understanding of Saudi Arabia's employment landscape, and the ability to translate global HR strategies into effective local execution. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
About the Role
HR Director will play a key role to lead and execute people strategies across our operations in Saudi Arabia as well as act as General Manager of the Regional HQ for this location. As the local HR lead, you will serve as the main point of contact for all HR-related matters, supporting execution of people initiatives while ensuring compliance with local labour laws and practices. This role requires a deep understanding of the local employment landscape, combined with the ability to translate global HR strategy into impactful, country-specific execution.
