Job description
Your Role

As an HR local Business Partner for Siemens Healthineers KSA you will directly report to the HR Country Head and provide advice, guidance, and assistance to employees and management on various HR matters, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

  • HR Consultancy: As an HR BP, you will act as a trusted resource for managers and employees, providing guidance and support on various HR-related matters. This includes advising on employee relations, performance management, employee development, policy interpretation, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • People & Culture: Support our People and Culture programs by providing guidance on goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans. Assist in identifying training and development needs for employees.
  • Total Rewards: As part of the talent acquisition process, HR business partner will be responsible for drafting offer letters in alignment with the business such as internal and external benchmarks. In addition to that, HR BP may conduct sessions in all types of Total Rewards activities.
  • Employee Relations: You will handle employee relations issues, such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. This involves conducting investigations, providing recommendations, and facilitating communication between employees and management.
  • Policy Development and Implementation: You will contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. This includes reviewing existing policies, recommending updates or changes, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Employee Engagement: In close collaboration with Country Head of HR you will contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing social events, implementing recognition programs, and conducting employee surveys to gather feedback and measure employee satisfaction.
Your Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum focus 3-5 years of prior demonstrated success in an HR Business Partner role or similar role in a multinational organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with employees at all levels and build relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to analyze situations, consider multiple perspectives, and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Empathy and Emotional Intelligence to understand and approach sensitive situations with compassion, patience, and a non-judgmental attitude.
  • Demonstrate discretion and confidentiality in handling employee records, discussions, and personal information.
  • Organizational Skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong working knowledge of KSA employment law with the ability to apply it practically to workplace situations.
  • Agile in the way of working proactively and driving for results.
  • Significant breadth of understanding of functional HR roles and responsibilities.
  • Arabic and English speaking and writing is a must.
