Job overview:
We are looking for a proactive professional to work as HR Business Partner for the operational office in TR Saudi Arabia, based in our offices in Al Khobar. Proficiency in English and Spanish is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic partnership: Align HR strategies, policies, and programs with the specific goals and needs of the operational center to support overall business objectives with the headquarters.
- Performance and talent management: Coach managers on performance management, employee development and creating development plans to build organizational capability.
- Employee relations: Advise management on and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies.
- Operational support: Provide HR expertise to guide operations leadership on people-related challenges, such as building morale and improving productivity and retention within the operating environment.
- HR program execution: Implement and drive HR programs related to talent acquisition, compensation, retention, and employee engagement within the operational center and Team Buildings.
- Data and analytics: Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and report on personnel costs and other key performance indicators relevant to the operating center.
- Compliance and policy: Ensure the operating center remains compliant with employment legislation by providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Required skills and experience:
- Experience in the following areas: human resources management, organizational development/change management, process improvement, univerisity relations.
- Strong business acumen to understand the operational business and its challenges.
- Excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills.
- Proven experience in performance management and employee relations.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Work experience in Saudi Arabia will be valued.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR management, Business Administration, Law or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in HR or related fields
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish is a must.
- Proficiency in Arabic will be valued.
