We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, within the Heavy Industry & Metallurgy sector. This role is pivotal in aligning our human resources strategy with business objectives, ensuring that we attract, develop, and retain top talent to drive our organizational success. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of HR practices and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and develop HR strategies that support these objectives.
- Lead talent management initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
- Implement and manage employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture and improve employee satisfaction.
- Conduct workforce planning and analysis to identify skills gaps and recommend training and development programs.
- Advise management on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and provide coaching to managers on employee relations issues.
- Analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a diverse workforce.
- Support change management efforts during organizational transformations.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs that align with company values.
Preferred Candidate
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in the heavy industry or metallurgy sector.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance issues in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

- A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
