Job summary

A leading e-commerce platform in the region is seeking a motivated HR Trainee to assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain employee records, and support HR operations. This entry-level role involves facilitating employee engagement activities, learning about compliance with Saudi Labor Law, and developing skills in HR administration. Applicants should have strong communication skills in English and Arabic, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach. Training is provided for candidates with a strong interest in HR careers.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing new hire onboarding for smooth employee integration.
  • Supporting offboarding processes and final settlements.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records in the HRIS.
  • Preparing HR reports and internal communications.
  • Assisting in navigating key HR government platforms.

Job description
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Organizing and facilitating new hire onboarding to ensure a smooth and exciting start for new employees.
  • Supporting offboarding activities, including exit clearances, documentation, and final settlements.
  • Assisting in End-of-Service Benefit (EOSB) calculations and coordination with the PRO for GOSI and government-related processes.
HR Operations & Administration
  • Maintaining and updating employee records in the HRIS and personnel files.
  • Supporting monthly payroll preparation, including attendance, leave, and overtime verification.
  • Learning to navigate key HR government platforms such as GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad with our PRO.
  • Assisting in preparing HR reports, letters, and internal communications.
Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Helping plan and execute fun employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Be the friendly face for employee queries, providing support and connecting people with the right resources.
  • Contributing ideas to make our workplace even more positive, inclusive, and engaging!
Compliance & HR Policies
  • Learn about Saudi Labor Law and help ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist the PRO with employment contracts, renewals, and visa documentation.
  • Support the rollout of HR policies and initiatives across departments.
Requirements
  • No prior HR experience required, we\'ll train and guide you!
  • Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law is a plus.
  • Strong interest in building a career in HR and people operations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital tools.
