HR Specialist – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Overview
We seek a dedicated HR Specialist to streamline recruitment, employee management, and compliance processes for a growing organization in Riyadh. The role requires a proactive individual who can support daily HR operations, from hiring to performance management, while ensuring adherence to Saudi labor laws and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end hiring procedures: job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Prepare and process employment contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain employee records, manage onboarding, and coordinate new hire orientation.
- Oversee attendance, leave requests, payroll processing, and related reporting.
- Support performance evaluations and employee development initiatives.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and administrative matters.
- Coordinate with government portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, Tamm) for labor compliance documentation.
- Assist in policy development, HRIS updates, and HR data analysis for strategic decisions.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR projects and workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2‑3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the KSA, and ideally in retail, hospitality, or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, GOSI, and GUMMI regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software (e.g., SAP HR, Workday, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with recruitment platforms (Manasaat, LinkedIn, and other job portals) is preferred.
