A leading HR management company in Saudi Arabia is looking for a skilled HR Administrator to manage full-cycle HR functions, ensuring compliance with local labor laws. This role involves onboarding, payroll, vendor coordination, and daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of HR experience. A bilingual (Arabic & English) skill set is required.
Manage full-cycle HR administration, including onboarding / offboarding, payroll inputs, GOSI registration, and Saudization tracking via HRIS platforms.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law through accurate MHRSD reporting, visa processing, and end-of-service calculations to maintain Nitaqat Platinum status.
Oversee daily office operations, including vendor coordination for cleaning / security / maintenance, inventory management, and supply procurement.
Handle administrative logistics such as courier services, travel bookings, mail distribution, and reception duties with a member-focused approach.
Support community event setup and execution for 50+ weekly activities while maintaining facility uptime.
Maintain secure employee records and conduct proactive audits to avoid penalties and support scalable growth.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2 years experience in HR / admin.
Fluent in Arabic & English (written / spoken).
Proficient in MS Office + HR platforms.
