Job summary

Swissôtel Al Maqam is seeking a proactive Room Attendant Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping team and ensure consistently high service standards.

You will lead the team, address guest concerns, and ensure safety and sanitation policies are followed, contributing to a deluxe hotel experience near the Holy Mosque.

The role requires standing and walking for long periods, strong teamwork, and a proactive approach to maintenance reporting and departmental briefings.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience (an asset).
• University/College degree in a related discipline (an asset).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed.
• Handle guest concerns and respond promptly, logging and notifying the appropriate departments.
• Actively participate in daily briefings, warm-ups, and departmental meetings.
• Ensure Room Attendants are informed daily about priorities in their section.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures.
• Report necessary maintenance items.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
