Overview

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall standards of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities in line with the hotel’s luxury standards. The role ensures guest satisfaction, compliance with hygiene regulations, and smooth daily operations of the housekeeping team.


Responsibilities


  • Supervise housekeeping staff in their daily duties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

  • Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas regularly to ensure quality control.

  • Coordinate daily room assignments and cleaning schedules.

  • Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities; raise requisitions as required.

  • Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to housekeeping staff.

  • Address guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.

  • Ensure compliance with hotel safety, security, and hygiene policies.

  • Support Executive Housekeeper in administrative tasks and shift reporting.
