Job Summary
Front Office Receptionist – Riyadh.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients, clients and visitors, providing friendly, professional first‑point contact.
- Manage front‑desk operations – welcome guests, answer calls, handle emails and faxes.
- Schedule, confirm and reschedule appointments and coordinate room reservations.
- Register patients or clients, verify insurance details (CCHI and NPHIES for medical roles) and maintain confidential records.
- Process payments, issue receipts and assist with billing queries.
- Coordinate with internal departments (medical care, veterinary or hospitality teams) to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain office supplies, signage and a tidy reception area.
- Assist management with administrative tasks and reporting.
Qualifications
- High school diploma (minimum) or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred in health services, business or hospitality.
- Previous reception or customer service experience – medical or veterinary settings highlighted.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office, EMR/clinical or hotel reservation systems, and internet applications.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Customer‑focused attitude, team‑player mindset and readiness to work full‑time (8‑hour shifts).
