• 4+ years’ experience in hotel contracting, supplier relations, or travel tech.
• Experience in the Makkah/Madinah hospitality market is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new hotel partners aligning with platform goals.
• Manage a team of Contracting Executives and set performance targets.
• Supervise the hotel onboarding process with cross-functional teams.
• Track competitor rates and prepare performance analytics for management.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Tech teams for optimal partner visibility.
