Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining kitchen equipment and operating steam engines, generators, motors, turbines, and/or steam boilers.
• Good command of English and ability to identify and rectify faults.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all kitchen equipment is maintained and serviced properly to avoid breakdowns.
• Perform preventive maintenance efficiently to meet guest needs.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and be available for emergencies according to hotel standards.
• Operate safely to protect the health and safety of guests and colleagues.
