Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Saudi Arabia seeks a Host Village Officer. The candidate will maintain effective communication, supervise guest areas, and ensure high standards of service. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Business and over two years of experience in hospitality management. Proficiency in English and technical skills with MS Office are essential. This role is designated for Saudi nationals to support the Vision 2030 Saudization program.

Qualifications

Host Village Officer

I will safeguard these pillars and ensure full knowledge and active participation of all our brand initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with Engineering departments to ensure the proper maintenance of the HOH areas.
  • Prepare Duty Roster of HOH team and assign daily tasks.
  • Supervise HOH areas daily and take appropriate corrective action where required. I’m responsible for the immaculate appearance of all areas.
  • Inspect arrival and departure rooms to ensure resort standards are maintained.
  • Ensure rooms and host areas always have required amenities, and equipment in place. Maintain stock level requirements of materials, equipment and general supplies and ensures requisitions are made as required.
  • Ensure HOH hosts have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their respective area of responsibilities.
  • Issue and control availability of HOH keys.
  • Ensure HR office and all storage facilities of HOH are kept in good condition and order.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene.
  • Knowledge of all safety, security and emergency procedures related to my position in line with brand and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition.
  • Attend meetings and training as required.
  • Knowledge and strict adherence to LQA standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably in Human Resources or Hospitality Management and more than two years’ experience in a similar training/operations role.
  • Technical skills include proficient use with computers and software including MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience learning through an e-learning platform or mobile app.
  • Fluent in English.
