A leading heavy equipment firm is seeking an experienced sales engineer to identify and pursue new business opportunities. This role involves developing client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4 years in sales engineering, strong technical knowledge of equipment, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is required, while Arabic is an advantage. Traveling to client sites will be necessary.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for heavy equipment sales within assigned territories.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their equipment needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase equipment features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and deliver accurate quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with service and support teams to ensure seamless equipment delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of heavy equipment technologies, applications, and industry standards.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates for management review.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications
