Responsibilities

Conduct routine analysis and testing of calcium carbonate and minerals, ensuring quality control and adherence to standard operating procedures.

Develop relationships and provide technical support in industrial chemicals and paint, focusing on sales growth and product demonstrations for key accounts.

Manage contract administration, ensure compliance, support negotiations, and maintain documentation for large-scale projects requiring strong legal and organizational skills.

Develop and implement BIM strategy, ensure data integrity, coordinate multi-disciplinary design, and provide guidance to teams with strong technical management skills.

Meet customers to introduce products, generate inquiries, manage follow-ups, and assist in negotiations while utilizing analytical and networking skills.

Act as primary renewals partner for Account Managers, providing accurate renewal data, customer success, and contract renewal expertise with strong analytical skills.
