Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (physicians, dietitians, nurses) to promote and support nutritional products.
- Educate healthcare providers on product benefits, proper use, and their application in therapy development and patient management.
- Conduct presentations, workshops, and training sessions to enhance understanding of nutritional products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, clinical affairs) to develop tailored strategies.
- Identify potential new product opportunities based on market research and feedback.
- Provide timely feedback from healthcare providers to internal teams for product improvement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and clinical guidelines to effectively position products.
- Track and report on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Serve as a reliable resource for questions related to nutrition science, dietary recommendations, and product inquiries.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition, Dietetics, Biology, or a related medical field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a medical representative or healthcare nutrition role.
- Experience in the Pediatrics sector / baby nutrition and experience working with governmental & private hospitals.
- Strong knowledge of nutritional science, clinical guidelines, and dietary management.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Proven track record of building relationships and collaborating effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Commitment to ethical practices and compliance within the healthcare sector.
