Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• 3–8 years of project management experience in construction or engineering.
• Prior experience in hospitals, universities, medical colleges, or research facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes, schedules, work plans, and resource requirements.
• Lead the planning, design, and execution of projects.
• Act as the main liaison between contractors, architects, and internal departments.
• Ensure all engineering projects meet safety codes and accreditation standards.
• Monitor project budgets and control expenditures.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular updates.
