Responsibilities
- Responsible for maximizing Vaccines growth through the different sales & promotion activities and being a business enabler by becoming a territory owner within a certain geography.
- Visiting physicians to promote Pfizer products, focusing on target KOL and selected physicians in a given geography to build strong relationships.
- Distributing product samples and marketing literature to HCP.
Providing approved information on proper medical usage, dosage amounts and side effects.
- Reporting visits and other activities using PforceRx and preparing reports according to HR Manager recommendations and market needs.
- Building relationships with target customers to enhance territory knowledge, gain product endorsement and generate sales.
- Ensuring accurate, timely and relevant customer knowledge is captured and shared with colleagues using agreed processes such as electronic customer management systems.
- Segmenting and targeting high‑potential customers.
- Diagnosing the situation of the territory (local market drivers and initiatives) and designing and implementing a territory action plan to achieve business objectives.
- Developing and executing the territory business plan and preparing a POA for the territory and products.
- Planning and organizing regular value‑added programs and AV & PHM activities.
- Attending regular sales meetings, general meetings and cycle meetings; capturing and providing market intelligence feedback.
- Liaising with territory team members to share information, motivate and support them, and attend team meetings.
- Maintaining territory and administrative systems/processes, updating records timely, producing reports as requested by HRM, and following SOPs.
- Proactively developing personal development plans (IDP), actively seeking feedback, and implementing the IDP.
- As agreed with the line manager, undertaking additional assignments and ensuring objectives are met.
Qualifications
- Holding of a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
- Young and dynamic.
- Good command of the English language in speaking, writing, listening and pronunciation.
- Excellent knowledge of promoted products.
- Knowledge of relevant therapeutic areas and competitors; effective selling and presentation skills.
- Basic computer ability – e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
