The Opportunity

We are looking for a Health and Safety Manager to be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

The selected talent requires a comprehensive understanding of HSSE regulations, industry best practices, and risk management principles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective HSSE programs, conducting audits, and fostering a strong safety culture within project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones.

• Monitoring project progress and ensuring deadlines are met.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 10 years’ experience including 3 years’ experience on similar projects with Middle East project experience.
• Must have regional experience in Jeddah, Madinah or Mecca.
• Proven experience in HSSE management for construction projects or a related industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HSSE regulations, standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
