An international engineering contractor is seeking an experienced HSE Manager for a major EPC project near Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will ensure health, safety, and environmental performance, overseeing compliance with local regulations and international standards. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of HSE management experience in large-scale projects. Commissioned in Q1 2015, the plant plays a vital role in meeting Saudi Arabia’s growing power demands through reliable, efficient, and sustainable energy generation.
The project encompasses all stages of engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational handover. Once completed, it will play a vital role in supporting the region’s growing industrial and infrastructure needs, reinforcing Sharjah’s position as a hub for innovation and sustainable development.
We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to join the leadership team on this high-profile project. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving health, safety, and environmental performance across all phases of the EPC lifecycle, ensuring compliance with KSA regulations and international best practice.
