Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Waiter (captain) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the Head Waiter, you will be responsible for overseeing the dining experience of our guests and leading a team of waitstaff to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of waitstaff to ensure efficient and high-quality service is provided to guests
• Train and mentor new staff members on restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards
• Create and maintain a positive work environment for the waitstaff, promoting teamwork and a strong work ethic
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere for guests
• Greet and seat guests, taking their orders and providing recommendations on menu items
• Ensure all food and beverage orders are accurately entered and delivered to guests in a timely manner
• Handle any guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, working to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service, communicating any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen team
• Manage inventory and supplies for the waitstaff, ensuring adequate stock levels and placing orders as needed
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures, maintaining a safe and clean work environment at all times
• - Assist with special events and private dining reservations as needed.
