• Oversee all areas of spa operations, ensuring daily operational excellence.
• Design unique wellness experiences that reflect local culture.
• Recruit and mentor a passionate wellness team.
• Manage spa P&L, including budgeting and revenue achievement.
• Drive annual wellness marketing calendar and brand standards.
• Ensure sustainability practices among the team.
