📍 Industry: Electrical Manufacturing | Industrial Operations

We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Head of Supply Chain to lead and optimize our end‑to‑end supply chain operations. This leadership role is critical to ensuring on‑time delivery, cost optimization, working capital efficiency, and long‑term supplier reliability while supporting overall business growth and customer satisfaction.

The Head of Supply Chain will oversee procurement, sourcing, inventory management, logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations. You will be responsible for building robust supply chain processes that support production continuity, operational excellence, and competitive cost structures.

• Ensure on‑time supply of materials and services in line with production and project demands
• Lead procurement and sourcing activities to achieve best pricing, quality, and commercial terms
• Optimize inventory levels and improve inventory turns to support working capital targets
• Develop and manage vendor selection, evaluation, and performance improvement programs
• Negotiate contracts and long‑term agreements with suppliers and freight forwarders
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics and transportation to minimize lead time and cost
• Lead warehouse operations, ensuring safety, inventory accuracy, and efficient material flow
• Drive cross‑functional coordination with Planning, Engineering, Production, Quality, Projects, Sales, and Finance
• Manage, coach, and develop the supply chain team to build a high‑performance culture

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 12–18 years of experience in supply chain roles within electrical manufacturing
• Strong experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory management systems
• Global supplier base knowledge, preferably for switchgear components
• Experience in cost analysis, value engineering, localization, and supplier development
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
