This role requires over 10 years of audit experience with significant leadership roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shared services and banking operations, and a deep understanding of Saudi regulatory frameworks. As this position is subject to nationalization requirements, only KSA nationals will be considered. Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in audit, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.

Position: Head of Shared Services & Control Audit

We are supporting a leading financial institution in Saudi Arabia in appointing a Head of Shared Services & Control Audit, reporting to the Chief Audit Executive.

Role overview

This role leads the Shared Services & Control Audit function, delivering a risk-based audit plan and providing independent assurance over governance, risk management, and control environments across centralized operations. The position partners closely with senior management and regulators.

Key responsibilities

• Lead audit strategy and execution for shared services and control functions
• Deliver risk-based audit plans, reporting, and issue remediation
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on risk and controls
