Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales function in the rental equipment and heavy construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and developing a strong pipeline to meet ambitious targets.
Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals.
- Build a scalable sales structure with clear KPIs and performance tracking.
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities across B2B clients.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, contractors, and partners.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure deal progression and customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to management.
- Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in sales, with proven success in the equipment rental, heavy machinery, or related construction industry.
- Prior experience leading and managing a sales team.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Deep knowledge of B2B sales cycles in construction and industrial services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build processes and structure in a growing business.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
