A fintech venture is seeking a Head of Investment Structuring to lead the investment structuring, due diligence, and compliance efforts during the pre-licensing and operational phases. Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in investment structuring or related fields, strong analytical skills, and a bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics. Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in investment structuring, capital markets, private equity, corporate finance, or real estate funds.
• Experience in regulated environments preferred.
• Experience in fintech, digital assets, or alternative investment products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead structuring and execution of digital and fractional real estate investment offerings.
• Ensure investor suitability, onboarding compliance, and alignment with CMA regulations.
• Work closely with the Compliance Officer on regulatory reporting.
