A Snapshot of Your Day

To support our Gas Services new units multi‑GW power Generation customer projects portfolio and our internal multi-workstreams ramp-up programs, we are looking for motivated professional holds Engineering Degree with over 15 years of practical experience in Power Generation project management and track records in managing internal and partners programs of multi projects and or multi disciplines. Holds at least a Senior Project management certificate and is familiar with managing complex projects/ tasks.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Act as a virtual leader for all projects and workstreams portfolio in KSA. Provides professional and functional guidance to projects teams (both onshore and offshore).
• Consolidate portfolio overview for all projects and workstreams (utilizing available reporting tools)
• Coordinating data collection of multi customer projects and internal workstreams. Consolidating inputs, preparing & distributing reports
• Further develop projects & workstreams dashboards to meet business requirements and organize internal and external meetings and follow-up the progress of meetings action items and triggering escalation process
• Reporting & stakeholders Communication incl. Setup of project specific KPIs in alignment with PM's
• Support partners steerco setup (meetings/ communications) and supervise the quality of Projects Resources deployment Histogram and ensure compatibility with projects schedules

What You Bring

• Certified large scale (A / B) senior Project Manager / director with wide experience with Projects KPI's and projects Dashboards
• Track record experience with utility scale power generation projects
• Experience in managing multi-discipline internal and customer-related projects and in-depth knowledge with different project management tools, planning, scheduling, progress reporting, etc.
• Team player with strong communication, presentation and reporting skills, effectively convey progress updates to diverse recipients with working proficiency in English. German speakers preferred.
• High-end Leadership quality with ability to steer direct & virtual teams
• Ability to manage multitasks with different complexity level and ability to work in teams with different managerial levels and technical backgrounds (internally & externally)

Our Gas Services division offers Low‑emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
