Job description

Position Summary:

The Head of Product & Technology leads the development and management of MNM’s technology platforms, including Retm, the company’s core SaaS product.

This role is responsible for defining the technology and product strategy, overseeing the full development lifecycle, and ensuring that MNM delivers innovative, scalable, and reliable digital solutions.

A key focus is on cloud-based product architecture, integration with Google Workspace, and continuous improvement of user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the technology strategy and product roadmap for Ritm and other digital services.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (Back-End, Front-End, UX/UI, QA) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Manage the full product lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, development, testing, release, and iteration.
• Build and maintain a secure and scalable development environment using CI/CD pipelines.
• Oversee integration with external systems and APIs (Google Workspace, CRM, Marketing & Analytics tools).
• Design and optimize cloud-based SaaS architecture ensuring system reliability and uptime ≥ 99%.
• Collaborate with executive management to prioritize development goals and product enhancements based on customer feedback and data insights.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for technology and product performance.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data privacy standards.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and cloud service providers.

Skills

kills & Experience:

• 7– 10 years of experience in software development, product management, or technology leadership roles.
• Proven experience in building or managing SaaS platforms or cloud-based products.
• Strong understanding of web and cloud technologies including:
• Cloud (SaaS / PaaS), APIs, Databases (SQL/NoSQL), CI/CD, Git, Google Cloud or AWS.
• Hands‑on experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet, Drive) for project coordination and collaboration.
• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English (technical communication).
