We’re on a mission to radically change the way students learn. We believe in solving hard problems, and we play to win—we measure progress by revenues, students, and learning gains. Our approach? Build high-performing teams, giving them the freedom to dream big and execute boldly.

Today, we’re building the next generation of schools in Saudi Arabia. We believe every student deserves world-class teachers. And to make it happen, we’re reimagining everything about education: from cutting-edge tech to peer learning and physical spaces that spark curiosity.

Hear about our vision directly from our CEO here.

Learn more about us:

  • 10+ Years of Impact: Started with a simple idea—access to the best teachers shouldn’t be a luxury, and learning should energize, not drain you.
  • Market Leaders: 14 million students (and counting) use Noon across Middle East, Egypt, and Pakistan to ace high-stakes exams like Qudurat & Tahsili.
  • Now: We’re laser-focused on reinventing schools in Saudi Arabia. We’re accelerating rapidly, well-funded, and profitable.
  • Office: Full-time, Riyadh-based. We’ve got a sweet office near the Boulevard, and we’d love to have you in it.

About the Role:

As Head of Operations (Tracks), you will be responsible for the end-to-end operational performance of our school-based programs across the country. This includes leading the execution engine that connects product design, curriculum delivery, tech platforms, people, and physical infrastructure into a seamless student and teacher experience.

You will oversee daily operations, manage the PMO function, and collaborate with Product, Learning, Platform Ops, Experience, Schools, and Facilities teams to ensure that every classroom runs on time, every launch is executed to spec, and every school is ready to scale.

This role is for a structured, action-oriented operator who thrives on building systems, leading teams, and solving problems at speed.

What You Will Do

1. Own & Drive Daily Tracks Operations:

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day running of all Tracks programs across schools, including scheduling, resource allocation, platform execution, and staffing inputs.
  • Lead the operational execution rhythm across school and regional teams, actively tracking performance against targetsand resolving blockers in real-time to prevent escalation.
  • Continuously monitor school-level metrics via dashboards, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery across academic, logistical, and student/parent experience dimensions. Problems are identified and solved before they impact outcomes

2. Lead the PMO Function

  • Design and manage aProject Management Office to implement cross-functional initiatives related to Tracks operations.
  • Own the delivery roadmap for launches, pilots, process improvements, and system upgrades in collaboration with product, learning, and platform teams.
  • Monitor and manage execution dependencies across teams, ensuring stakeholders are accountable to timelines and standards.

3. Cross-Functional Execution & Delivery:

Serve as the central operations lead connecting:

  • Ensuring clear communication and decisive action between Product (tools/features), Learning (curriculum/calendar), Platform Operations (technical implementation), Experience (student/parent journey), Schools (regional/local leadership), and Facilities (classroom readiness).
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with all counterparts and ensure clear information flow and aligned priorities.

4. Operational Process Design & Scaling

  • Proactively identify and definitively fix operational pain points, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies before they impact performance or scale.
  • Design and roll out playbooks, SOPs, checklists, and operational cadences for scaling across regions and formats.
  • Ensure every process is repeatable, measurable, and ready to scale.

#How You Will Achieve This (Operating Principles):

  • With systems thinking — you’ll see across moving parts and design structured processes to keep them aligned.
  • With urgency and discipline — you’ll act fast, track progress relentlessly, and keep everyone accountable.
  • With collaboration, you’ll connect deeply with all teams, from school staff to tech and curriculum leads.
  • With continuous improvement- you’ll track what’s working, fix what’s not, and keep us moving forward.

What You’ll Bring

Strategic Operations Leadership

  • Proven experience leading school operations or high-complexity service delivery in education, EdTech, or operations-heavy environments.
  • Strong track record in building and managing cross-functional operating systems across departments.
  • Project & Program Management Expertise
  • Deep experience running a PMO or managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with accountability for delivery.
  • Familiar with tools like Gantt charts, retrospectives, OKRs, and issue tracking systems.

Execution Discipline & Process Design

  • A builder who loves documenting, streamlining, and scaling operational processes.
  • Clear thinking and structure, with the ability to translate chaos into operating rhythm.

Cross-Team Collaboration & High Ownership & Problem Solving

  • Skilled at working across Product, Academic, Tech, and Delivery teams.

Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and align stakeholders in high-ownership environments.

  • Thrives under pressure, handles ambiguity, and solves problems before they escalate.
  • Strong sense of accountability for results—what gets shipped, what gets fixed, and what gets done.

Why Work at Noon

Own execution at scale — lead the heartbeat of a national education network and make it hum with precision.

Operate across product, education, and delivery — with the autonomy to shape how things get done.

Grow with speed and purpose — work on meaningful, fast-moving problems with real-world impact.
