We are actively looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to join our Marketing team at eXtra,

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead eXtra’s digital media strategy, planning, execution, and optimization across all paid and owned channels.
  • Manage end-to-end campaigns across Search, Social, Programmatic, Video, and Display platforms.
  • Oversee media agencies to ensure flawless execution, quality control, and brand consistency.
  • Drive continuous performance optimization through data analytics, audience insights, and creative testing.
  • Monitor and improve key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Partner closely with Brand, CRM, and E‑commerce teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with digital platforms and external partners to maximize ROI and efficiency.
  • Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, technologies, and media opportunities.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7–10 years of experience in digital media and performance marketing, ideally in retail or e-commerce.
  • Proven track record managing large‑scale paid media campaigns and high‑traffic e‑commerce platforms.
  • Experience with GA4, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Programmatic DSPs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strategic, innovative, and confident in engaging with senior leadership.
