We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Nurse for both the Emergency Room (ER) and Operating Room (OR) to join our dynamic healthcare team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and facilitating effective communication between medical teams. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the ER and OR, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

- Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring smooth transitions and continuity of care.
- Implement and evaluate nursing protocols to improve patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.
- Conduct regular training sessions for nursing staff to enhance skills and knowledge in emergency and surgical care.
- Manage inventory and supplies for the ER and OR, ensuring availability of necessary equipment and medications.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, making critical decisions regarding care and interventions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to strategic planning and quality improvement initiatives.
Preferred Candidate:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license and relevant certifications in emergency and operating room nursing.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an ER or OR setting, demonstrating strong clinical and managerial skills.
