We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate HEAD CHEF / KITCHEN MANAGER to lead the culinary operations of a renowned all-day breakfast café in Riyadh. This is a dynamic opportunity to join a well-established brand known for high-volume service and upscale standards. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, leadership, and operational excellence to a fast‑paced kitchen environment.

You should have:

• Minimum 6 years’ experience as a Head Chef in high-volume, upscale casual dining or luxury hotel kitchens
• Proven ability to manage kitchen operations and lead a diverse team
• Strong background in breakfast and brunch menus
• Relevant culinary qualifications
• Fluent English communication skills
• Immaculate personal presentation
• Clear medical and criminal record
• Valid passport

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and innovate breakfast-focused menus aligned with brand identity
• Lead daily kitchen operations with precision and efficiency
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards
