KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and oversee all culinary operations, ensuring consistent quality, safety, and presentation standards.
  • Design and curate seasonal menus that celebrate local Italian produce.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, HACCP, and safety standards.
  • Monitor food costs, inventory, and kitchen budgets to optimise efficiency.
CONNECTION
  • Collaborate with F&B team to deliver unique guest experiences.
  • Source and build relationships with local producers, artisans, and suppliers.
INNOVATION
  • Innovate continuously, introducing new concepts, and dining experiences.
  • Apply sustainable cooking methods, reducing waste and maximizing efficiency.
CURATION
  • Curate personalised dining experiences for visitors, events, and special occasions.
  • Balance menu design with guest preferences, dietary needs, and market trends.
LEADING THE WAY
  • Mentor, train, and inspire the culinary team to deliver excellence and creativity.
  • Ensure every dish reflects the brand’s standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef in hotels or resorts.
  • Fluent in English, Arabic is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, hygiene, and food safety standards.
  • Strong knowledge of international culinary trends.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and mentoring skills.
  • Expertise in menu development, cost control, and supplier management.
  • Passionate, creative, and results‑driven with a guest‑first mindset.
