The Human Capital Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day HR operations across multiple regions. This role ensures consistent execution of HR processes, compliance with company policies and labor laws, and delivery of efficient, high-quality HR services. The position manages a team of six Associates to support organizational goals related to employee life cycle management, data accuracy, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations Management
  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations across three regions, ensuring standardized processes and compliance with policies.
  • Manage HR administration, including employee records, contracts, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR systems.
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of employee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and status changes.
  • Monitor and improve HR operational KPIs (e.g., turnaround time, accuracy, employee satisfaction).
2. Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of six HR associates across different regions.
  • Foster a collaborative and service-oriented culture within the HR operations team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and identify team development needs.
3. Process Improvement & Standardization
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery and process efficiency.
  • Support implementing automation or digitalization opportunities in HR operations.
  • Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) ensuring it is followed across regions.
4. Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits and maintain proper documentation for all HR processes.
  • Mitigate risks related to data privacy, employee records, and HR transactions.
5. HR Systems & Reporting
  • Oversee the accuracy and integrity of HR data in the HRIS.
  • Working with relevant stakeholders to enhance system functionality and user experience.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 – 8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in HR operations management.
  • Proven experience managing HR operations across multiple regions or branches.
