A global support services company is looking for a Customer Support Consultant to provide exceptional service for a luxury brand. Candidates must be native in Arabic (Gulf dialect) and fluent in English, with proven experience in luxury customer support. Customer Support Consultant – Luxury Brand

What you will do
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone calls, chats, emails, and social media.
  • Handle made‑to‑order inquiries and returns, explaining policies and offering suitable alternatives.
  • Manage faulty or damaged item reports, coordinating with brands and resolving escalations.
  • Support delivery and customization requests by liaising with designers and assessing costs.
  • Build positive and long‑lasting relationships with customers.
  • Meet team KPIs.
  • Always stay up‑to‑date with cutting‑edge technology.
  • Securely work with customers’ sensitive information.
  • Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices.
  • Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies.
What you need to succeed in this role
  • Native Arabic (Gulf/Khaleeji dialect) and fluent English (minimum B2 level, written & spoken).
  • Proven experience in customer support for a luxury brand.
  • Concierge‑style customer support mindset.
  • Analytical and research skills.
  • Positive and responsible attitude.
  • Personal laptop or computer (≥8 GB RAM) and a stable internet connection (≥50 Mbps download, ≥40 Mbps upload).
