Job summary

A leading global hospitality company seeks a Bell Attendant responsible for transferring and storing guest luggage while ensuring exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure as part of a team. Previous hotel experience is beneficial. Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Bell person is advantageous.
  • Previous experience working within a hotel is also a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and escort guests to their accommodations.
  • Retrieve and transport guest luggage.
  • Inspect guest rooms and familiarize guests with room features.
  • Respond to guest inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Organize and store luggage as needed.
  • Assist in the maintenance and appearance of equipment.
