Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in hospitality preferred.
• Previous PMS experience required.
• Must be able to type 25 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging and sincere customer service.
• Check in and settle guest accounts according to service standards.
• Assist guests with hotel facilities and inquiries.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skill in English and Arabic

Ability to work cohesively with co-workers

Ability to promote positive relations with all guests

Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

5 Star Hospitality Experience

Education

University/College degree in a related discipline
