• Experience in a front desk or guest service position ideally for at least one year.
• Ability to lift, push and pull objects up to 50lbs (23kg).
• Good grasp of reading, writing, basic math, and computers.

Responsibilities

• Take and manage guest bookings and upselling opportunities.
• Check guests in and out, managing IDs and room keys.
