As the Growth Product Manager (GPM), you will be focused on accelerating a product's user base, engagement, and revenue through continuous experimentation. You will be responsible for executing the product strategy that drives key business metrics across the user lifecycle (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, and Revenue). You will require a highly analytical and data-driven mindset and should be comfortable executing rapid, cross-functional experimentation to unlock scalable product growth.

In this role, you will:
  • Own and drive measurable improvements in specific areas of the growth funnel (e.g., activation, conversion, feature adoption).
  • Manage the Growth Team’s roadmap, prioritising experiments and features based on impact, confidence, and effort.
  • Oversee product timelines through Gantt charts and structured execution plans.
  • Translate hypotheses into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams.
  • Continuously optimise critical user flows (onboarding, sign-ups, upgrades, in-app engagement) to remove friction.
  • Partner with Data Analysts to query, analyse, and report on product usage and experiment outcomes.
  • Communicate results, insights, and growth strategy effectively to management and partner teams.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Engineering, Ops, and Sales to maximise product adoption and success.
