A leading e-commerce platform in Riyadh is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive sales through effective ecommerce strategies and manage online store operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, a proven record of increasing sales, and strong skills in digital marketing tools. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on enhancing user engagement and optimizing online performance.
Digital Marketing (Social, SEM / SEO, Display, etc) – Planning, optimizing, managing aspart of total engagement plan
Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to drive sales and improve user experience
Manage online store operations including product catalog, pricing, and inventory
management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and IT to optimize ecommerce activities
Develop and manage ecommerce marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, and email marketing
Analyze key metrics to evaluate ecommerce performance and identify areas for improvement
Optimize the online store for search engines, mobile devices, and social media platforms
Develop and maintain customer engagement strategies such as loyalty programs and referral marketing
Monitor and respond to customer feedback, reviews, and inquiries
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Manage online merchandising and promotional activities
Proven track record of increasing the sales of e-commerce stores.
2+ years of experience in managing online stores
Content writing for Social media and product descriptions.
Solid experience in marketing tools (e.g., Snapchat, Facebook Pixels, and Google Ads).
Conversion API experience
Aware of APIs and integrations
