Job Description:

Foreground is exclusively representing a prominent Saudi investment and development group with a heritage of over six decades in delivering world-class services across hospitality, Hajj & Umrah, travel, tourism, catering, and destination management. The group operates a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects and brands, serving both local and international markets, and is recognised for its commitment to excellence, innovation, and cultural authenticity.

This is a strategic leadership role for a seasoned marketing visionary who will define, shape, and execute a global marketing agenda. The successful candidate will be entrusted with elevating brand positioning, deepening market penetration, and driving measurable commercial growth across multiple business units with international reach.

The Opportunity

As Marketing Director, you will lead a talented multi-disciplinary team, oversee the full spectrum of marketing, communications, and public relations, and champion creative strategies that reflect the organisations legacy and ambition. You will be the architect of initiatives that resonate with diverse audiences, from global hospitality markets to culturally significant destinations in Makkah and Madinah.

The role will involve significant global travel, direct engagement with international partners, and high-level representation of the groups portfolio on a global stage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking marketing and brand strategy that supports the groups growth objectives and vision.
  • Oversee all marketing functions, including brand management, campaign design, digital strategy, public relations, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strengthen the corporate brand identity, ensuring alignment across all subsidiaries and markets.
  • Drive revenue growth by creating and implementing integrated campaigns that increase service uptake and customer loyalty.
  • Lead market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight programmes to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Manage relationships with creative agencies, PR firms, and media partners to deliver high-impact marketing communications.
  • Ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance across all channels, campaigns, and markets.
  • Provide visionary leadership to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and performance excellence.
  • Efficiently manage annual marketing budgets and ensure ROI on all initiatives.
Candidate Profile
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership within the hospitality sector, with at least 3+ years in a senior management role overseeing multi-unit or multi-brand portfolios.
  • Deep understanding of hospitality, travel, tourism, and service-based marketing within GCC and global markets.
  • Strong strategic thinking, exceptional communication, and proven expertise in brand-building and public relations.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally for business engagements.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline (Masters or higher preferred).
