We are a newly established company located in King Salman Energy Park (SPARK). The company's main business is manufacturing industrial valves for oil and gas industry. We are looking for a Government Relationship Officer & HR administration specialist.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a GRO & HR Administration specialist. You will handle day-to-day administrative and human resources responsibilities to ensure smooth organizational operations. Tasks will include coordinating government relations activities, company factory construction permit approval, managing HR policies, administrating employee benefits, and maintaining personnel records. Additional responsibilities may involve facilitating compliance with local regulations and supporting communication between employees and management.

Qualifications
  • Experience and proficiency in Government Relationship, Sales, Business Development, and HR Management
  • Knowledge of Civil construction, manufacturing, HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
  • Proven skills in Personnel Management
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Professional proficiency in Arabic and English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
  • Proficiency in computer applications and HR management systems
  • Bachelor's degree, or a related field
  • Previous experience in government relations (preferred)
