As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in developing visually compelling content that supports brand identity and communications. You will create and edit digital and print materials, collaborate with the marketing team, and ensure cohesive visual across all platforms.

Key Accountabilities
  • Create and design visual content for digital and print platforms using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Develop and refine branding materials, including logos and visual identity elements.
  • Edit and color-grade videos using Adobe Premiere Pro to support marketing and promotional needs.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple design projects to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to produce creative and effective visual solutions.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs and communication channels.
  • Stay up to date with current design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creativity and output quality.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience (preferably in real estate).
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Creative visual design skills with understanding of branding and layout.
  • Knowledge of color theory, typography, and design trends.
  • Basic video editing and color grading abilities.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and organization skills.
  • Able to manage time, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
