A leading hotel in Saudi Arabia is looking for a Grand Club Team Leader to ensure exceptional service and smooth operations within the Grand Club. Candidates should ideally have a relevant degree in Hospitality or Tourism management and possess at least 2 years of experience in a managerial or team leader role in hotel front office or guest relations. Strong communication and customer relations skills are essential for this position.
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Grand Club Team Leader is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Grand Club.
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel.
