What you will be doing with us:

Key Responsibilities

• Account Management & Client Support
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our clients in the Kingdom, initially starting with KAUST, ensuring regular engagement and support.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and understand client needs in depth.
  • Ensure high‑quality delivery of services and support to maintain client satisfaction and trust.
  • Escalate issues to UK‑based technical and commercial teams for timely resolution.
• Project Coordination
  • Support the Saudi GM in managing day‑to‑day project activities, timelines, deliverables, and communications.
  • Coordinate closely with the UK team to align on technical delivery and strategic direction.
  • Monitor progress and ensure timely escalation of issues or delays.
• Technical Engagement & Communication
  • Participate in technical presentations and demos where required.
  • Translate client needs into actionable insights for our technical teams.
  • Collect and communicate feedback from clients to improve product offerings and services.

In technical terms, we’re looking for someone with:

• Graduate with a STEM degree, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Fluency in English & preferably in Arabic.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• A desire to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
• Eligibility: This position is open to Saudi nationals only.

Location

This is a full‑time position to be based in Thuwal, on‑site with our current projects in King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST).
