Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Analyze and determine partnership strategies in coordination with the LoB Presales Head.
  2. Review market trends and technological advances to assess their impact on the LoB’s offerings.
  3. Design highly technical solutions and identify potential suppliers for these solutions.
  4. Study and analyze the government sector business operations to propose insights and solutions proactively.
  5. Develop approaches to increase the pipeline and demand in key accounts.
  6. Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
  7. Assist customers in defining business needs and crafting appropriate solutions.
  8. Provide technical expertise to support sales in selling enterprise applications, data, and analytics solutions supporting digital transformation and long-term evolution for government clients.
  9. Work with the sales team to develop proposals and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
  10. Design comprehensive technical solutions for integrated components.
  11. Identify potential suppliers for proposed solutions.
  12. Act as a consultant for complex technical issues and conduct presentations when needed.
  13. Review technical proposal components to ensure proper integration before submission.
  14. Prepare technical documentation and drawings highlighting the solution's advantages and associated costs.
  15. Analyze competitors' solutions to offer optimal solutions emphasizing our competitive advantages.
  16. Generate reports on technological trends and new solutions coverage.
  17. Develop and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
  18. Participate in customer meetings to discuss proposed solutions and competitive advantages.
  19. Review project implementation plans to ensure technical feasibility within timelines.
  20. Continuously improve processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  21. Promote Giza Systems' image and culture internally and externally.
  22. Review customer requirements and prepare estimates with relevant technical staff or third parties if necessary.
  23. Prepare and deliver presentations on proposed solutions as required.
  24. Coordinate with development and technical teams to fill compliance sheets if needed.
  25. Support responses to customer inquiries regarding proposed solutions.
  26. Ensure integrity in RFP responses and review all required integrations and services.
  27. Prepare customer gap analysis and process mapping documents.
  28. Develop and direct technically sound proposals for customer requests.
  29. Understand immediate and long-term customer needs.
  30. Build strong relationships with vendors to maintain a competitive market position.
