Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement centralized governance structure.
• Develop and refine governance frameworks.
• Translate Board directives into policies.
• Maintain documentation governance standards.
• Prepare and update GRC implementation plan.
• Review and adjust GRC plan periodically.
• Deliver training sessions on governance principles.
• Monitor adherence to governance frameworks.
• Update Delegation of Authority and Designated Rights Framework records.
• Support audits with required documentation.
• Engage stakeholders to apply governance models.
• Track governance performance metrics.
