The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in golf course construction, particularly within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and have a strong background in managing large-scale projects. The Golf Construction Manager will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to deliver exceptional golfing experiences that meet the needs of our clientele.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the planning, execution, and completion of golf course construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
2. Manage project teams and resources effectively, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals.
3. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines throughout the construction process.
4. Collaborate with landscape architects and engineers to develop project specifications and design plans tailored to golf course requirements.
5. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications and safety protocols.
6. Address any issues or conflicts that arise during construction promptly, implementing effective solutions to minimize disruptions.

Preferred Candidate

9. Relevant certifications in construction management or project management are a plus.
