Qualifications

• Extensive relevant experience working with contractors and subcontractors on Hydrocarbon or Infrastructure projects.
• Prior experience in project controls, contract administration, subcontracts, procurement, or business development.
• Experience with the entire project lifecycle for effective commercial management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing contracting strategy and manage non-technical project activities.
• Engage in production of estimates and develop change management processes.
• Monitor project financial performance and report to Project Manager.
